The basic practice is based on observing the optical illusion on the screen (static double meaning). The practice enables you to accept 2 different angles and switch it (mark with the arrow).
Changing between the 2 angles of the static illusion, helps to release unnecessary focus on stress and tension tracks (long blink of the eyes can assist with the change).
A successful change (Back and forward for a few times) proves you have a flexible ability to change points of view coping with static and simple situations - Congratulation!!! - Now you can try the advanced practice.
If you didn’t succeed, don’t give up. It's recommended to try the basic practice again at a quiet time. Eventually every one manages to see the 2 angles of the basic practice.
